I have created these groups to help people find a better sense of meaning in their life and live purposefully.

 

 

 

My background is in counselling, life coaching, social work, mental health and my own self-healing journey.

 

My passion is to help people be their authentic, beautiful selves.

 

 

Each event will cover a new topic.

 

The group will cover......

 

- Ways to discover your unique self and not only accept yourself but love yourself.

 

- Peaceful and visual guided meditation

 

- Activities to get to know yourself on a deep soul level

 

- Meet like minded people and have peer discussions, to share ideas.

 

- Learning to listen to your intuition

 

 

Everyone is welcome, whether you are experienced or new to the journey. I believe we are all pieces of the puzzle and together we make the whole picture.
